Where to find delivery information

Each product has it's own estimated delivery time on the product page below the title, to the right of the picture.

These delivery times depend on the type of product, and whether we have it in stock or if it is sent direct from the manufacturer.

Definitions

Availability: Tells you whether the product is "In Stock", "Out of stock" or "Available".

In stock - We have the item in stock in our warehouse and it should be despatched the same day or next day.

Out of Stock - Not in stock and we don't have a definite date for arrival of new stock

Available - Item is probably not in stock with us but is available for delivery within the timescale shown.  This is either a direct delivery from the manufacturer, or an item we can get back into stock quickly.

Delivery cost

For most postcodes in England and Wales, delivery is £3.95, or free of your order is over £150.

Other areas of the UK and Ireland have different delivery costs depending on order weight and delivery destination (please click here for current charges)

You can calculate the exact delivery amount in your shopping cart.  In the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" area below your cart items, enter the delivery postcode and click "Get a Quote".  This will tell you your delivery charge based on the weight of the items in the cart.  If you add or remove items from the cart the delivery charge may change.

We have tried to make these costs as accurate as we can so you are paying the same or less than we pay for a given delivery.

Delivery times

Each product has an estimated delivery on the product information page, but more details for various manufacturers are given below.

Please note that if you require a bed or item of furniture for a specific date, please call us and we will do our best to make it happen (and give you an honest assessment of the chance of it happening).

Thuka, Stompa and Parisot products

Most of these are despatched direct from the manufacturer though we do hold a small amount of stock.
Our quoted delivery times for these ranges is between 4 and 6 weeks though much of England will get delivery in closer to 3-4 weeks.  

We keep some Thuka beds in stock so we may be able to shorten the delivery time for some combinations.

Last date for 2011 pre-Christmas deliveries is 28 November.

Julian Bowen Beds

Most of these are despatched direct from the manufacturer.  
Our quoted delivery times for these is between 2 and 3 weeks.  

We keep some Julian Bowen beds in stock so we may be able to shorten the delivery time for some beds.

Last date for 2011 pre-Christmas deliveries is 9 December.

Sweet Dreams Beds

These are all delivered direct from the manufacturer.
Our quoted delivery times for these is between 1 and 3 weeks. 

Verona Beds

These are all delivered direct from the manufacturer.
Our quoted delivery times for these is between 2 and 4 weeks.

Verona have occasionally had stock issues that can take the delivery of the beds closer to 6 weeks.

Kidsaw Beds and furniture

Most of these are despatched direct from the manufacturer though we do hold a small amount of stock.
Our quoted delivery times for these ranges is between 1 and 4 weeks.  If your items are in stock with Kidsaw delivery should be within 1 week.  If not in stock we will get back to you with an estimated delivery date as soon as we can. 

We keep some smaller items in stock so can speed up delivery occasionally.

Just 4 Kids chairs, sofas and bean bags etc.

Our quoted delivery times for these ranges is between 1 and 4 weeks.  If your items are in stock with Just 4 Kidz delivery should be within 2 weeks.  If not in stock it will need to be manufactured and should be with you within 4 weeks.. 

We keep some smaller items in stock so can speed up delivery occasionally.
